About
Christine previously studied Exercise Physiology at Sydney University whilst practicing as a clinical remedial massage therapist and personal trainer. During this time she found her passion with manual therapy and energetics, which led her to transfer to Chiropractic at Macquarie University.Prior to this, Christine worked in a different field for 10 years, following the completion of a Bachelor of Social Science and Policy (Criminology) from the University of New South Wales.Christine is also a mum of two children balancing work and studies. She has had her own fair share of basketball and martial arts injuries (ACL tear, multiple sprained ankles, hip and hamstring tears to name a few) and other health challenges.Learning that these are reminders, she continues to focus and commit to her own physical, emotional, mental and spiritual inner work. In turn, this allows her to show up for her clients and assist them along their journey.

The body is connected in many ways and there are a number of approaches we can take when working with clients. This ranges from the physical, biomechanical, neurological to the emotional, mental and/ or spiritual.However, we believe that it is more important to meet people with where they are at and work with them from there. Not one approach or technique will fit all. Everyone has walked through life in their own unique way.We set clear benchmarks for your progress and our approach.
