About

Christine’s path into the healing arts has been anything but linear — shaped by curiosity, lived experience, and a deep respect for the body’s intelligence. She began her journey studying Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney while practicing as a clinical remedial massage therapist and personal trainer. Though she ultimately chose a different direction, these foundational studies played a pivotal role in her decision to follow a path less conventional — one that works with both the physical and subtle realms of the body. While her path evolved beyond the biomechanical approach, her passion for manual therapy, nervous system-informed care, and the subtle arts has taken her to trainings across Australia and overseas. She integrates this with a strong foundation in movement, anatomy, and the quiet listening and communication that happens through hands-on connection.Prior to this, Christine spent nearly a decade working in a different field, following the completion of a Bachelor of Social Science and Policy (Criminology) at the University of New South Wales. These experiences shaped her approach to care. She’s also a mother of two, and no stranger to life’s physical and emotional challenges — from sports injuries (like ACL and hamstring tears) to her own healing journey through stress and burnout. These experiences aren’t just stories of recovery; they’ve become essential teachings that inform how she shows up for her clients.Christine’s approach is practically grounded, nervous system-informed, and deeply attuned. She works through the body, but also beyond it — addressing the subtle imprints of stress, trauma, and lived experience stored in the nervous system and tissues. She supports clients in navigating what the body is communicating — often held quietly in the background as emotional tension, unspoken experience, or deep patterns waiting to be seen. This work invites deeper layers of self-awareness and the kind of listening that awakens the body’s own quiet intelligence.

Session Information

The body is connected in many ways and there are a number of approaches we can take when working with clients. This ranges from the physical, biomechanical, neurological to the emotional, mental and/ or spiritual. However, we believe that it is more important to meet people with where they are at and work with them from there. Not one approach or technique will fit all. Everyone has walked through life in their own unique way.We set clear benchmarks for your progress and our approach. If we find that we're not seeing the changes needed, we'll communicate openly and, if necessary, refer you to a trusted practitioner who may better support your journey. We look forward to working with you and seeing how we can help!
